How Do Payments & Retainers Work?
To secure your date, we need to sign the contract, a retainer of $2,000 is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding.
You can access your balance via your Client Portal and add payments toward your balance as you wish.
Everything is clearly outlined in your proposal and contract, and I always make sure you understand exactly what you’re investing in and when.
My goal is to keep things transparent, simple, and stress-free: no surprises, no fine print confusion.
What Is Your Reschedule or Cancellation Policy?
I know life happens, and weddings can shift.
If you need to reschedule, I always do my best to accommodate your new date if I’m available. If a cancellation happens, the retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and turns away other couples.
All of this is clearly outlined in the contract, and I’m always happy to walk you through it so you feel fully informed and supported.
We’re Awkward on Camera… Can You Help With That?
This is probably the question I hear the most, and the answer is yes, absolutely.
Most of my couples tell me they feel awkward at first. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do.
I guide you gently, give you direction when needed, and focus on movement and connection rather than stiff poses.
Very quickly, it stops feeling like a photoshoot and starts feeling like you’re just being yourselves,together.
How Much Posing or Direction Do You Give?
My approach is a balance.
I’ll never leave you wondering what to do, but I’ll also never over-direct you.
I guide you into natural light, give gentle prompts, and then let moments unfold organically. This creates images that feel real, emotional, and effortless rather than forced or overly posed.
You’ll always feel supported, never staged.
Do You Help With Our Timeline?
Yes, very much so.
Your timeline plays a huge role in how your day feels and how your photos and films turn out.
Together we build a timeline that allows space: space to breathe, to be present, and to actually enjoy your wedding.
I collaborate closely with planners and vendors to make sure everything flows naturally and nothing feels rushed.
What are the deliverables?
You get to download all your digital edited photos and film scans for keepsake.
Together we will design the wedding album, an 8x8 with 20 pages is always included.
My design team and I are always available to help you create more tangible and precious products.
